By its very nature, Usenet groups may carry repulsive, offensive, harmful, alarming, illegal or inaccurate material, in some cases in postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive.

We do not produce and/or publish any contents to Usenet ourselves. Premium News only provides a first-class access to Usenet for its members. Technically newsservers are just relay and amplifier stations of Usenet.

An amount of approx. 600 gigabyte of data is being posted every day. Neither we nor any operator of newsservers is able to monitor, judge or moderate this enormous volume of data. Premium News is not in a position nor qualified to determine what is illegal. The names of the newssgroups published on our web pages are common property and can be found on each complete newsserver. The name of a newsgroup is not illegal in nature and does not necessarily imply inappropriate or illegal activity. We expect all customers to abide by the courtesies of Usenet etiquette, and the letter and spirit of all applicable civil and criminal laws.

If you believe a customer of Premium News is using the service for illegal purposes, please contact the appropriate law enforcement officials. If you believe a customer of Premium News is using the service to violate copyright laws, please contact the copyright holder directly.

If Premium News is presented with a court order to remove messages, cancel an account, remove a newsgroup, or log a customer's activity, then Premium News will have no choice but to comply with the court order. Let it be known then that Premium News is not the censor, but rather the court who issues the order is the censor.

Premium News hopes that by providing an uncensored Usenet service with a very high degree of anonymity that customers will respond by acting responsibly and appropriately. Premium News is always open to suggestions to improve its service.
